DYSPORT™ (abobotulinumtoxinA) is an acetylcholine release inhibitor and a neuromuscular blocking agent indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines or lines between our eyebrows.

It is intended to prevent movement of muscles that cause unwanted creases around our eyes, forehead and between the eyebrows. It is very similar to Botox however, the units for Botox and Dysport can not be used interchangeably.

The cost of Dysport is very similar to Botox and depends on the amount of Dysport being used. The costs can vary from $150 - $750 depending on the areas being treated and the amount of units used. For comparison if a person normally uses 10 units of Botox, they will likely need 25 or 30 units of Dysport to get the same effect.
